The Forest Service reports that it has a radio repeater on Lost Canyon Road, and that the blockage of the road prevents them from servicing it. “If there is wildfire, there are rescue and evacuation efforts that are being slowed down. As in past years we do road maintenance and 2024 is the rotation year, and this is the first time since 1885 that we can’t access our road.”
